Transparent Communications was established in 1995 with the primary objective to provide computer-network related services. Transparent Communicationsis based in Durban with offices in Midrand and service centers in Cape Town, Bloemfontein and Nelspruit.

Transparent Communications is involved in the design, installation, support and ongoing maintenance of Computer Networking Infrastructure.

The company specialises in large turnkey projects encompassing voice, data and power reticulation and is in a position to offer these services from conception through design and project management to final completion, certification and handover. With our emphasis on building excellent supplier – customer relationships we then provide full warranty maintenance and ongoing customer support.

Our full time installation teams are fully trained and equipped to carry out installation and maintenance work in the entire KwaZulu-Natal area as well as the Eastern Cape and Eastern Free State regions. Our Midrand offices provide the same service levels for clients in the Gauteng region.

The company provides all necessary tools, test equipment and fibre optic equipment to allow for the installation of UTP CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6 and fibre cabling. Qualified electricians are used for the installation of electrical infrastructure.

Project management is provided for all projects as necessary and may include permanent onsite project management and project control, if this is necessary.

On completion of projects full documentation is provided including detailed test results, fibre OTDR results, colour CAD’s and product certification. This documentation is available online via our website and may be accessed by authorized customer personnel for record as well as ongoing maintenance purposes. An online permanent helpdesk facility is provided to ensure efficient and timeous response to queries and maintenance issues are addressed.

Transparent Communications is a Krone certified installer and as such is able to offer the Krone extended 20 year warranty on installations
